Set up by ex F3 race winner Rupert Svendsen-Cook and ex F2 race winner Jack Clarke just 2 years ago, the agency has grown rapidly with clients across the sports spectrum from karting to F4, F3, Lamborghini Super Trofeo and Formula 1.
Meet our team
Rupert is the founder of Veloce Sports and a leader in racing development and management. A proven Champion in his own racing career, with a wealth of experience and success in the industry, he works enthusiastically both away and at the circuit to ensure that all preparation and effort is maximised, achieving the best possible results for the drivers, teams and investors. Already well respected for his contacts, Rupert’s personable approach allows him to work effectively in a commercial environment with a broad cross section of clients and partners around the world.
Rupert hung his helmet up from professional racing relatively early, to focus on the business and development opportunities that he saw within the sport. After beginning with just one driver 3 years ago, the business has grown Internationally very quickly and is continuing to expand to take on more diverse clients and business opportunities.
Jack is the co-founder of Veloce Sports and himself also achieved multiple racing successes. He has raced in FBMW, Formula Palmer Audi, FIA Formula 2, Blancpain Endurance Series (McLaren), World Endurance Championship, European Le Mans Series (LMP2), NASCAR Pro Series and The British Touring Car Championship. Jack’s career as a driver is one of the most diverse. He has experienced negotiations in many different series, worked with countless experts, teams and drivers. He has achieved professional status in the sport for 8 years and was invited to be a full member of the British Racing Drivers Club at just 22 years old. These factors make Jack a huge asset to Veloce Sports.
Jack comes from a family involved in motorsport in both the competitive capacity and business capacity. Jack is the Step-son of ex-F1 driver Julian Bailey and Cousin of Indy 500 winner Gil de Ferran. His great grandfather was the once owner of Motorsport News, Motorsport Magazine and Autocar. His grandfather was the founder of one of the sports first commercial agencies and his mother has established herself as one of the most recognised PR and media professionals in the sport and is the owner of MPA Creative.
Two years ago Jack made a transition into management and elite coaching. He has worked with his resources, network and most importantly his expertise to help build and evolve Veloce Sports into a globally recognised brand within the sport.

Our dedicated Client Relations Manager, Mariella Bailey is on hand 24/7 to all of our clients. Mariella supports in logistics planning for drivers and their families from visa applications, licenses, entries, flights, hotels, pick ups, hire cars, chauffeur, lawyer, tuition etc.
On the back of a glittering karting career, Bradley Ellis is one of the UK’s leading GT and Sportscar racers and coaches. Crowned British GT Champion in 2007, he narrowly missed out on the European FIA GT3 championship title the following year and became European Radical Masters Champion in 2014.
Bradley is one of the best and most respected driver coaches in the world and can claim to having been responsible for the success of many drivers across the GT and Sportscar sector. Bradley is also a leading performance coach for the MSA Academy.
Harry is a great performance management addition to Veloce Sports. He is the youngest manufacturer driver in the World Endurance Championship for Ford in GTE PRO. Harry has won races in F Renault, F3 and at his first attempt scored victory at the Le Mans 24 Hours in LMP2 in 2014.
As the Grandson of Three-Time Formula 1 World Champion Jack Brabham and son of former F1 and Le Mans winner David Brabham- Sam has nothing but motor racing success in his blood. Drawing on such an extensive knowledge base, Sam works with our drivers at and away from the circuit covering all areas of performance management.
Young Driver Development Manager
Sean has had lots of experience in the motorsport world, he started racing Karts in 2006 in the UK for five years before he went on to race Internationally. Sean has won a total of three British Championships, one European Championship and two World Championship karting titles. He was a full time factory driver for two different teams before moving to the UAE for three years to coach drivers and develop a Formula 4 team. He went on to finish 3rd in the F4 UAE Championship and score 11 podium results before making his move back to the UK and working with Veloce Sports looking after our youngest drivers, developing their skills and nurturing their talent.
